Who we are

SevAI is operated by Cherubim AI Infosoft Pvt Ltd ("Cherubim", "we", "us"). SevAI lets a business hire AI agents — software workers that draft social posts, generate marketing posters, send WhatsApp/customer messages, and handle similar day-to-day tasks on the business's behalf, under the business owner's ongoing review and approval.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number, and company details you provide when you sign up.
• Business content: documents, brand details, logos, and product photos you upload so your hired agents can produce on-brand work.
• Connected channel credentials: when you connect a channel (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile) to a hired agent, we store the access tokens needed to act on that channel on your behalf, and use them only for the tasks you've set that agent up to do.
• Usage data: the tasks, drafts, approvals, and messages your agents generate, so you can review and audit their work.
• Payment information: subscription billing is processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.

How we use this information

We use the information above only to operate the service you've set up — specifically to:

• Run the AI agents you've hired: draft and, once approved, publish content or messages on the channels you've connected.
• Show you what your agents have done and are doing, and let you approve, reject, or adjust their work.
• Process billing for your subscription.
• Respond to support requests and keep the service secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

Sharing with third-party services

To do the above, information is shared with the following categories of service providers, only as needed:

• Channel providers you've explicitly connected (e.g. Meta/Instagram, WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Google Business Profile) — to post or send content on your behalf.
• Razorpay — to process subscription payments.
• Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS) — to host the application and store your uploaded files securely.
• AI model providers — to generate the drafted text and images your agents produce.

Data retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reactivate or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see Contact below).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can disconnect any connected channel at any time from within the app. Disconnecting a channel revokes our access to it.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage only to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences — not for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Children's privacy

SevAI is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
